Product Information and Catalogues

Nology provides a selection of product leaflets and catalogues that are regularly updated, with a wealth of information about the products and solutions that we offer. These leaflets and catalogues are freely available to all resellers and are available for download in the Reseller Portal on our website (www.resellers.nology.co.za).


Our Pricelist

Our pricelist is updated and emailed to all registered resellers on the first business day of every month.


Specials and Promotions

Nology regularly sends specials, promotions and new product announcements via an email distribution list to all our customers. All registered resellers are on this list by default and new resellers are added when their applications are processed. If you are a new customer and have not yet received our pricelist within the last month, please ask one of our sales representatives to add you to the list. Please also inform the sales team if there are more employees in your company that need to receive the mailers.

If you are not receiving our emails (e.g. pricelists, promotions and products announcements), you can also ask your IT department to make sure that emails from nology.co.za are whitelisted (not blocked or filtered by your server).

Our email distribution list utilises an opt-out system (link at the bottom of email), should you no longer wish to receive our mailers. Please note that if you choose to opt-out then you will not receive any mailers from Nology including the pricelist.


Request for Quotation & Placing Orders

Our sales team is available to handle all your requests and enquiries, from a price query and quotation to placing an order.

For all areas except Cape Town you can either phone our sales team on 010 980 0000 or send an email to sales@nology.co.za.
For Cape Town orders you can either phone our sales team on 010 980 0002, or send an email to cptsales@nology.co.za.

Upon acceptance of our quote, please forward a purchase order or email confirming your order, as no telephonic order confirmations will be processed.
On placing a telephonic order, you will receive an official quotation or Sale Order via email which you will need to approve.

If your company’s policy is “no PO no payment”, we will require an official PO from you before we will be able to process your order.

You are welcome to ask for or include one of our sales consultants directly, but to ensure premium service and fast turnaround time we recommend that you always include or direct your email enquiries and requests to sales@nology.co.za or cptsales@nology.co.za.


Collecting Orders from Nology

COD customers – please email your proof of payment to sales@nology.co.za for Johannesburg or cptsales@nology.co.za for Cape Town so that we can process your order promptly. For orders over R5 000 excl. VAT, payment has to reflect in our bank account before the order can be collected or delivered. For orders below R5 000 excl. VAT, collection or delivery can proceed as soon as we receive your proof of payment.

Please allow at least 30 minutes to prepare your order before collecting (subject to the size of the order) for larger orders please allow more time and confirm with your sales consultant.


Delivering Orders

Nology offers a delivery service via our own vehicles and drivers (Gauteng only) and through reputable courier companies. Customers are also welcome to use their own courier if they prefer.

All deliveries (including couriers) include FREE insurance. Nology also offers FREE delivery on orders over R3 000 excl. VAT, in all main centres, but please note that there may be additional charges if you require same or next day delivery.

Please refer to the attached delivery policy and fees table, which is also included in our pricelist.


Payment Options and Terms

Customers are able to pay for orders using cash or electronic transfer. For orders over R5 000 incl. VAT, payment has to reflect in our bank account before the order can be released. For orders below R5 000incl. VAT, the order can be released as soon as we receive your valid proof of payment. Proof of payment submitted via sms/text message, copied into emails, screenshots or sent as an attachment will not be accepted as valid proof of payment.

Nology only accepts cash payments and deposits up to the value of R5 000 including VAT.

Cash deposit Payments will be subject to a 1.5% additional charge on the value of the order (Inclusive of VAT) covered by the CLIENT for any deposits at the bank to cover bank charges.

Nology accepts debit and credit cards for orders up to R15 000 including VAT.

Nology also has on-site EFT payment facilities.

For added customer convenience Nology has opened bank accounts at the following major banking institutions: ABSA, First National Bank, Standard Bank and Nedbank. To avoid delays and to enable our sales team to assist you promptly with your orders we encourage you to pay into the corresponding banking institution account and that you add sales@nology.co.za to receive email payment notification directly from your online banking platform when making payment via EFT method.

It is important to note that signing up as a reseller with Nology is on a COD basis and does not constitute payment terms.
Customers are however able to apply for credit terms with Nology and a Credit Application form will have to be completed. Our credit facilities are provided in conjunction with Credit Guarantee and all applications have to be approved by them. A trading history of at least 3 months and other conditions will apply.

Warranties & Returns

We value the relationship with our customers and therefor offer a full warranty and return service in the event that a faulty product was purchased from Nology. You may return any faulty stock item which was purchased from Nology, within the applicable warranty period.
